2015 model Whirlpool gold series refrigerator was putting water on floor at the front. After making sure it wasn't the water supply line connections, called Hagan Appliance Service due to having used them before with satisfactory results.

Scheduling was easy and phone response reasonably prompt. Technician Josh was friendly and professional, with a high level of knowledge on our refrigerator brand and model. He identified and resolved the problem quickly.

Cost was reasonable for time on site and work performed.

Will use again as first choice of repair service if need arises.

Great Service, Mike came out on our new Maytag fridge and the drawer was not opening correctly, he was very professional and took time to explain how the roller system operated. Also fixed the loose handle on our freezer bottom drawer. Great customer service and called before coming. Thanks for taking care of our issues.

They did amazing work! I was referred to them by another company and was hesitant because of the reviews, but the receptionist was so friendly and was able to get someone out that day! Mike was so friendly and helpful. He really took the time to explain things to us and broke down the costs of things. They ordered the part we needed ASAP and our dishwasher was fixed within 3 days of us calling! So pleased with this company and will definitely use them again!
